2. Processing & Dispatch Time
✅ Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends & holidays).
✅ Orders placed before 12 : 00 PM will be shipped on the same day (if applicable).
✅ You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed and a tracking number once it ships.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
🚚 Standard Shipping: 5 -7 business days
🚀 Express Shipping: 4 -5 business days (Additional charges apply)
Note: Delivery times may be affected by holidays, weather conditions, or courier delays.
4. Shipping Charges
✔️ Standard Shipping: Free
✔️ Express Shipping: ₹ 100.00/-
✔️ International Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on destination.
5. Order Tracking
🔍 Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS.
6. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@carbug.in within 48 hours of delivery with photos (if damaged). We will work with the courier to resolve the issue.
7. Order Modifications & Cancellations
✔️ Orders can be modified or canceled within 1 hours of purchase before dispatch.
✔️ Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled but can be returned (as per our Return Policy).
8. Incorrect Address Policy
📌 If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, re-shipping charges may apply. Ensure your details are accurate before placing an order.
